A portion of proceeds — including all Bid on Love auction revenue — benefits a nonprofit dedicated to young WLW and AFAB individuals — including lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, and queer women and trans men — who receive disproportionately little support from mainstream LGBTQ+ organizations. All proceeds from Bid on Love go directly to funding mental health resources, housing assistance, and community support for those who need it most.
Les Align™ Weekend is designed for WLW, ages 30 and over. Whether you identify as lesbian, bisexual, queer, or anywhere on the spectrum — if you are an accomplished woman seeking connection, culture, and celebration with your community, this weekend was created with you in mind.
Les Align™ Weekend takes place in Houston, Texas, November 6–8, 2026. Specific venue details for each event will be shared exclusively with registered attendees approximately 30 days prior to the weekend. This is intentional — your experience begins the moment you commit.
General Admission ($150) includes entry to the Gala, complimentary champagne on arrival, hors d'oeuvres, the welcome reception and mixer, live entertainment, the community exhibition, and access to watch Bid on Love — our date auction benefiting a nonprofit supporting young WLW and AFAB individuals. VIP ($275) adds priority entry, an exclusive gift bag, elevated finger food, access to the private Singles Lounge, priority bidding at Bid on Love, a signature VIP cocktail, and a raffle entry for an exclusive prize.
The Les Align Gala is a Black Tie affair and this standard is strictly observed. We ask every guest to honor the elegance of the evening. This is not just a dress code — it is a declaration of the standard we hold for ourselves and each other. Black tie attire is required. The Year One theme is A Night of Dynasty Masquerade — a masquerade mask is part of the experience. Please plan your ensemble accordingly. Masks are welcomed and encouraged for all guests.
Hotel accommodations are not included in the ticket price. We will share a recommended hotel block with registered attendees so you can secure lodging near the event footprint. Details will be sent by email once your registration is confirmed.

The Alignment Award is presented annually at The Les Align Gala to a WLW woman making extraordinary strides in advocacy, mental health, or community building for the WLW community. Year One marks the first ever presentation of this award — a moment of recognition, celebration, and legacy that will grow with this event for years to come.
The Les Align Gala features a curated art exhibition showcasing 4 to 5 selected artists whose work will be on display throughout the evening. Original works and prints will be available for purchase. The exhibition is overseen by a featured curator and is designed to celebrate the intersection of art, culture, and community within the WLW experience.
Bid on Love is our signature date auction — a fun, philanthropic moment at the heart of The Les Align Gala. Pre-selected community members participate in a curated auction experience where all proceeds go directly to a nonprofit supporting young LGBTQ+ women facing homelessness and unemployment. VIP ticket holders receive priority bidding access.
